I have been supporting women and men from all walks of life for more than 10 years. Whether in a group or individually, I allow you to regain both self-confidence but also the much sought-after physical form.

Former Sergeant-Chief in the French Army, I also owned in the past a structure dedicated to bodybuilding and fitness in general. I was thus able to gain experience and advise many people in their quest for well-being and personal development.

I see my activity as a real mission and am fully committed to the success of the people I train.
